Privacy notice

This notice explains how MealMiles Enterprises Ltd. handles information obtained through its private Amazon Ads Analytics application.

Effective August 1, 2026

Who we are

MealMiles Enterprises Ltd. ("MealMiles," "we," "us," or "our") operates a private, internal application called MealMiles Amazon Ads Analytics. The application is used only to analyze and manage advertising for Amazon advertiser accounts owned or administered by MealMiles. It is not offered or licensed to other advertisers.

Information we access

When an authorized Amazon advertising account is connected through Login with Amazon, the application may access:

  • advertiser account and profile identifiers;
  • campaigns, portfolios, ad groups, advertised products, creatives, budgets, bids, keywords, targeting rules, negative targets, and campaign status;
  • advertising reports and metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, attributed orders, attributed sales, units, conversion rate, ACOS, ROAS, and placement performance;
  • customer search terms and product-detail-page ASIN targets included in Amazon Ads reports; and
  • authorization metadata and OAuth tokens required to maintain the connection.

The application does not request Amazon account passwords. Authorization occurs through Amazon's OAuth process. We do not use Amazon Ads API access to retrieve buyer names, addresses, payment-card details, or other buyer-identifying information.

How we use information

We use Amazon advertising information to:

  • create internal reports and dashboards;
  • evaluate campaign, keyword, search-term, product-target, placement, and advertised-product performance;
  • identify profitable or inefficient targeting and budget patterns;
  • prepare campaign, bid, budget, keyword, product-target, and negative-target recommendations;
  • manage campaigns for authorized MealMiles advertiser accounts; and
  • protect the application, troubleshoot errors, and comply with Amazon policies and applicable law.

Campaign changes are made only for authorized MealMiles advertiser accounts. The application is initially operated with human review of recommendations and material changes.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell, rent, or license Amazon advertising information. Access is limited to authorized MealMiles personnel and service providers that are needed to operate or maintain the application.

OpenAI services, including Codex, may process limited Amazon advertising information to perform internal analysis requested by MealMiles. Hosting, security, logging, or storage providers may process limited information if they are later used to operate the application. Providers are permitted to process information only for the services they supply to MealMiles and are subject to applicable contractual and confidentiality requirements.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or to investigate misuse. We do not share Amazon advertising information with customers, other sellers, data brokers, or advertising networks.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are stored separately from source code and are not intentionally placed in public repositories, hard-coded into the application, or shared through public channels. Access is restricted to authorized users.

We retain Amazon advertising information only for as long as reasonably necessary for campaign analysis, historical comparison, security, troubleshooting, and legal or policy obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified. OAuth access and locally retained information are removed when the integration is permanently discontinued, subject to limited retention required for security, legal, or audit purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. These include encrypted transmission, access controls, multi-factor authentication where available, credential separation, software and device protections, incident-response procedures, and restrictions on repository and credential access.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If we detect an incident involving Amazon information, we will investigate, contain, document, and report it in accordance with Amazon's requirements and applicable law.

Authorization and choices

An authorized Amazon account administrator can revoke the application's access through the relevant Amazon account or Login with Amazon authorization settings. Revocation prevents new API access but does not automatically delete information already retained for legitimate internal, security, or legal purposes.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information controlled by MealMiles, or to ask us to disconnect an advertising account, contact us using the address below. Certain requests may be limited where retention is required by Amazon policy, security needs, or applicable law.

International processing

MealMiles is based in Canada. Service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ. We apply appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law and our agreements.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the application, Amazon requirements, our service providers, or applicable law. We will publish the revised notice at this URL and update the effective date above.
