These Terms govern your use of MealMiles products and services. By using MealMiles, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

Payments & Fees

Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe via Stripe Connect. MealMiles does not hold customer funds. Restaurants receive payouts directly to their Stripe account, less Stripe’s processing fees and MealMiles’ platform fee of 0.5% (unless otherwise agreed). We may update fees with reasonable notice.

Prohibited Activities

Partners may not use MealMiles to sell or promote:

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Restaurants are primarily responsible for order quality, fulfillment, and refunds. However, as the platform, MealMiles remains liable to customers under Stripe’s policies. We may recover amounts from Partners if refunds, disputes, or chargebacks are caused by their actions.

Limitation of Liability

MealMiles is not responsible for food safety, restaurant service, delivery, or third-party conduct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or Stripe’s policies. Termination may result in forfeiture of access to the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada (or update to Texas, USA if you prefer). Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above and notify Partners of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
